Creates a Firebase Authentication account without signing out the administrator, links it to the selected technician, and emails a password-reset link so the technician can set their own password.

Administrator account

Your account UID is preconfigured for admin role assignment. The first-time setup still requires adding your admin profile document in Firestore as described in the README. Do not give admin access to technicians.
